Registration applications are available for 2010 season. This year we will be competing in a different program. We will no longer be associated with SJIYFA. We accept any child and no one is turned away due to non payment. We are a not for profit (501C3) program. Our goal is to make sure every child has a chance to participate and have fun in our program.
We have established scholarships for children and payment programs. Also, there is a form for our active military

We understand these difficult economic times but we are here to assist our families. We still continue to reach out to our private donors, donations, business and companies who assist us with funding. Everyone must do their part in order for us to succeed and have a GREAT program.

This season we will require the following:
1. Deposit of $50.00* due at time of registration. *non refundable
2. All participants are required to do all FUN-raising activities
Including Fun2Raise donation cards, Joe Corbi’s, Chuckie Cheese Night, Friendly’s Family Night, etc.
3. Schedule your child’s physical NOW with the doctor. These dates fill up fast.
4. All payments must be received by July 1, 2010.
5. Payment plan begins March 1, 2010.
6. Cleats4Kids Program (Assistance for cleats)
7. Special prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th persons who register and pay in full on or before the Awards Luncheon.
